Janet feels adamant that the most important and significant element that makes a good hairdresser is passion, a passion that surrounds all the aspects of hairdressing from being creative to non-stop learning of new techniques. She believes that if the passion is not there, the enthusiasm to make the client look her/his best will not be enough. This belief must be the success behind Janet’s business. It only took her 3 years from when she started working in the hairdressing industry to set up shop on her own. Eleven years later, Janet’s passion is stronger as she cements her presence is in the industry. Janet graduated from the School of Hairdressing, but she also chose to take multiple other courses in the different disciplines of hairdressing, one of which was to obtain hands-on experience. She has kept up her training, on a yearly basis, in order to stay on top of brands and in-line with technology developments. She has chosen to be part of Screen because it is a rapidly growing brand, offering constant support and great potential. A forward looking brand that fits Janet’s vision.
